Forgive Someone Today.

Forgive Someone Today.

Forgive

Forgive someone. Today forgive.
Turn from bitter to positive.
End frustration, anger, pain;
Wash the anguish from your brain.

No need to reconcile or tell;
Just feel better and get well.
A brand new, peaceful life to live,
That’s your gift, when you forgive

    Hmm…that pic’s quote sounds selfish, not forgiving or sympathetic of others. What do you think?

    Lowborn. Forgiveness is a journey that has to begin somewhere. When someone has been deeply hurt by another, sometimes it’s difficult to imagine being capable to forgive or to forget. There needs to be a step in the direction of forgiveness that is acceptable and doable. The the first step is to realize how much resentment, clinging to hurts, victim mentality and such are cumbersome detriments to lighthearted joyous living.
    To love another with complete acceptance and compassion, forgiveness then we must be able to let go of the senseless hurt, or series of hurts in the case of on going abuse. It is not really selfish in the end when it really opens a person up to new possibilities of loving connection and this is the sentiment that we all should add to the world. Loving joyful life even though we recognize flaws in ourself and others but the love has become the cover over it.

      Exactly, anger and resentment dies a lot of damage internally to ourselves. To forgive, us to let go of these things. Our thoughts affect our health big time.
